About Risera

"One day I was talking with my friend in math class and they said that they loved math when they were in middle school because their math schoolwork was easy. They started to dislike math and STEM in general because they found the high school classes and the homework difficult. They felt that they did not have enough support to succeed in that class. I did not want this student with so much potential to alienate themselves from STEM because of a difficult class, that's when I thought that we need to help the rise of a new era: an era of students who feel empowered to explore a career in STEM, by supporting them in their STEM classes."
